Do I pay every month for a DegenPhone number?

A DegenPhone number has no monthly fee. You pay when you get the number: a 2 GRAM roll, then a mint from 150 GRAM. Minting creates the NFT for the number you keep. Service is prepaid for 2 years. The NFT stays yours.
